Just use following procedure

Use any operators wap setting like Airtel live, Bsnl wap etc
Keep Balance Below Rs. 0.30

How to Dload:- Just goto wap.indiatimes.com Select any content like wallpaper, Game, video,Ringtone etc.
                                    then from ur mobile select option " view url" for some mobile this ption is not shown for those " Add Bookmark"
