Well just a newbie and wanted to make a thread. So just surfed some threads and found some proxies which support resume download. But they have download limits

1) unblock24.de, 50 mb limit, max. 3connections,dot trick also
2) proxy-service.de, 25 mb limit,
3) proxy-service.mobi, 25 mb limit, dot trick also
4) german-proxy.de, 25 mb limit
