Terms and Conditions airtel MNP

1 airtel surprise offer is applicable only for customers porting-in to airtel under MNP (Mobile Number Portability).

2. This is a limited period promotional offer and airtel, at its absolute discretion reserves the right to alter, withdraw, modify or make any change in the terms & conditions of this offer without prior notice.

3. The offer package details may vary by mobile number.

4. airtel customers mean the customers of bharti airtel limited and bharti hexacom limited.

5. In no event shall airtel be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your use of the surprises offered/ services in any manner, even if airtel has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to airtel for the services you specifically agree and understand that airtel is not liable to you for any illegal conduct of any third party that you alone accept such risk of harm..

6. airtel will not be obliged to provide the surprises offered otherwise than in compliance with applicable laws. airtel shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of technical failures which shall include failure in the telephone line, failure of servers or the failure to provide the correct updates due to technical snags before or during or after the completion of the porting or implementation of the surprises offered. Further, airtel shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of any failure(s) which are beyond the reasonable control of airtel.

7. These Terms and the surprise offer shall be governed as per the applicable laws of India and the courts of New Delhi only shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all or any matters arising out of or relating to these Terms or the surprise offer.

8. Quality, functionality, and/or availability of the surprises offered or the services may be affected and airtel, without any liability, whatsoever, is entitled to refuse, limit, suspend, vary or disconnect the surprises/services, at any time, for any reasonable cause, including, but not limited, to the following:-

i) Any violation of applicable rules, regulations, orders, directions, notifications, conditions of License Agreement etc. issued by the Government/Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (“TRAI”) etc;

ii) During technical failure, modification, up-gradation, variation, relocation, repair and/or maintenance of the systems/equipment;

iii) To combat potential fraud, sabotage, willful destruction, national security or for any other force majeure reasons
    etc;

iv) Transmission limitation caused by topographical, geographical, atmospheric, hydrological and/or mechanical or electronic constraints/limitations and/or availability of suitable cellsites;

v) If surprises offered/services are used in violation of any law, rule/regulation;

vi) Any other reason, which is found to be reasonable by airtel warranting limiting/suspension/disconnection of surprises/services.
